Who will I be providing my services to?
You will be providing Order taking services to Franchise Owners Hamilton Ltd. Those orders will be placed for our client Pizza Pizza Ltd.
As self-employed contractors – Service Providers are not required to be exclusive to Franchise Owners Hamilton Ltd.
How many hours can I expect to provide services in a week?
Utilizing our self-managed hours system, we provide times available and you choose what works for you. Some of our current Service Providers provide 40+ hours of service a week and other provide 6-10 hours. This opportunity is a great way to supplement income or replace a 40+ hour work week. You control the hours based on the days and times we provide.
What days and times can I expect to provide my services?
Our hours of operation are: Sun- Wed 10am-2am and Thurs-Sat 10am-3am.- 364 days a year Pizza Pizza ltd.is open and 80% of our business takes place after 4pm and on weekends. If you are flexible about the times you’re able to provide service i.e. dinner time, split hours, late nights and weekends. This is a great opportunity for you!!
New Years Eve, Super Bowl, Halloween, other sporting events and holidays have a positive impact on our business and call volumes increase. Coverage is essential on these days. Service Providers benefit from increased business. Higher call volume = more earning potential.
How do I earn and receive payment?
We pay a base 3% commission on the total sales of orders placed (pre-tax and delivery) Invoices for services are provided on the 15th and 30th of each month and funds are directly deposited through EFT (Electronic funds transfer).
Is there a potential to earn more than the 3% base commission?
Yes, we offer a premium commission between 12am-3am. We also encourage Service Providers to take advantage of increased commission incentives when they are announced.
Can I provide service from another city or province?
Yes, We currently have Service Providers working remotely across Canada. With our self-paced online training, services can be provided from anywhere within Canada *** Provided Franchise Owners Hamilton Ltd. technical specifications are met. (restricted areas may apply)
Do I have to pay the $99 training fee in advance?
No, the $99 training fee is deducted from your first invoiced statement; not collected up front!
Will I ever be asked to make outbound calls?
No, The Service Provider contract is limited to providing Pizza order taking services remotely from home on behalf of our client Pizza Pizza Ltd.
